Graveyard Pie
Submitted by: April H.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 quarts cookies & cream ice cream, slightly softened (about 6 cups, give or take)
1 chocolate cookie crumb crust
16 thin chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
1/2 cup chocolate candy coating, melted
5 chocolate creme-filled vanilla finger sandwich cookies
1/2 cup white chocolate candy coating, melted
3 bars chocolate caramel cookie candy, unwrapped (use the small bars)
6 miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Spoon the ice cream into the cookie crust and sprinkle with the crushed cookies. Freeze 8 hours or until firm.
Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Spoon the melted chocolate candy coating
into resealable food storage plastic bag and cut off the corner of bag
(about 1/4 of an inch). Pipe 4 three inch trees and 1 cat onto
cookie sheet and refrigerate until firm. Pipe RIP on each cookie and
let stand until it also is firm.
Spoon melted the
white chocolate candy coating into resealable food-storage plastic
bag and cut off the corner of bag like you did with the last one.
Drizzle the coating over the candy bars to look like mummies and add 2
chocolate chips to each mummy for eyes. Refrigerate until the coating
is firm.
Insert the trees, cat, mummies and cookie tombstones into the top of the pie.
Cover and freeze 2 hours or until firm. Freeze any remaining uneaten pie.
