Honey Bun Cake

Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup of cooking oil
2/3 cup of water
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of brown sugar
Glaze:
4 tablespoons of milk
2 cups of confectioner's sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Directions:
In
a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, oil, water, and sour cream until
completely blended together without any lumps in the batter.
In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon.
Pour
half the batter into a prepared 9 X 13 cake pan and sprinkle half of
the sugar / cinnamon mixture over the batter. Use a knife and swirl the
sugar / cinnamon mixture into the batter, making sure not to touch the
bottom of the pan.
Carefully pour the remaining batter into the
pan and sprinkle the rest of the sugar / cinnamon mixture on the top.
Swirl in the sugar / cinnamon mixture into the top layer, trying not to
disturb the previous layer as much as possible.
Bake for 40 minutes at 325 degrees or unti the cake tests done with a toothpick.
Combine the ingredients for the glaze and pour over the hot cake.
Serve and enjoy!
