Pumpkin Cheesecake Balls

Cheesecake is one of my favorite treats and I love pumpkin flavored food, so this combination is amazing! They are super easy to make and are a big hit with my family and friends.
 
Ingredients:
 
1 ten ounce bag of Pumpkin Spice Candy Melts
1 seventeen ounce pre baked frozen Cheesecake, slightly thawed

 
Directions:

Remove heaping spoonfuls of the cheesecake with a tablespoon and roll them into balls. Place the balls on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
 
Place the balls in the freezer for 30-60 minutes minimum.
 
While the balls are in the freezer, melt the candy melts.
 
Once the cheesecake balls are frozen, remove them from the freezer and dip each ball in the melted candy with a fork. Let the excess candy drip off the cheesecake balls and place them back on parchment paper.

After dipping the cheesecake balls in the candy, place them back in the freezer. If the cheesecake balls get too soft while you are dipping the others, place them back in the freezer until they are firm.
 
Store the cheesecake balls in the freezer until serving.
