Tomato and Broccoli Pasta
(for babies from 7 months)

Ingredients:
2 tbsp mini pasta shapes
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 thick slice of onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, peeled and finely chopped
1 broccoli floret, finely chopped
Pinch of dried garlic
Pinch of dried basil
Directions:
Cook
the pasta in a pan of boiling water until tender. In the meantime heat
the oil in a small pan, add onion and gently cook for a minute or two.
Add the tomato, broccoli, garlic, basil and a good splash of water to the pan. Cover
and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes (add more water if the mixture
becomes too dry).
Stir
the cooked pasta into the vegetables, mash to the desired consistancy,
let cool until it won't burn tender mouths, and serve.
