Ingredients:
 
1 box pistachio pudding
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple in juice
1 8-9 oz container Cool-Whip - thawed
1 cup miniture marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped nuts - optional
 
Directions:

Mix pudding, pineapple and pineapple juice. NOTE: DO NOT fix the pudding according to the instructions on the box, just add the contents to the pineapple.
 
Stir into cool whip.
 
Fold in marshmallows and nuts.
 
Chill and serve.
