A Little About Me
but Puddin was taken so added the Ms LOL. Well anyway a little about me.
My name is Cathy, I was born 8/24/55 and raised in a small Alabama town,
spent the most of my summers and weekends in the country with my relatives.
The country life has kinda stuck with me as I live in an even
smaller town now...little community called Henderson, Al., out in
the country 10 miles from the outskirts of town. I love it here.
I used to be on the go all the time...till I discovered the Net.
LOL Now I am somewhere on the net most of the time. Pappa with
his ole fashion ways says, "That thing has ruined you." *VBS*
I do have other interests though: I love music, spend lots of my
money there as well as on puter stuff *G*. Love getting together
with friends and cooking out and such. I was raised to love
fishing, I even bait my own hook and take off my fish.
You got a real country girl here! *VBG* My biggest love now
is my puter..I love learning all the things that there is here.
When I first came online, in November 1996, I knew so little.
Found the 40something Lounge and found friends *VBS*
Motherinlaw24 taught me so much about how to get around on the net.
Joanneb44 taught me how to make buttons....LOL have lots of fun
with those. I have met so many wonderful people here and
have become quite attached to quite a few of them.
They have all been so helpful in my further learning.
I have discovered new worlds.
I am separated/divorced quote/unquote. I have my little dog Winnie
and fish to see about. My only child Michelle was killed
in August of 1993. So I claim my friends children as mine.

Mammas Prayer For Me
I said a prayer for you today and I know
God must have heard.
I felt the answer in my heart
although He spoke no word.
I didn't ask for wealth or fame,
I knew you wouldn't mind,
I asked Him to send treasures
of a far more lasting kind.
I asked that He'd be near you
at the start of each new day,
to grant you heath and blessings
and friends to share the way.
I asked for happiness for you
in all things great and small,
But it was for His loving care
I prayed for most of all.
