TV_CALIB.ARC.ZIP: contains all three ATARI BASIC program
                  files. It's really an .ARC file only,
                  remove the .ZIP extension when saving

TV.LST.TXT: the oldest version, in LISTed ATARI BASIC
            format. Remove the .TXT extension when saving,
            too. Don't worry about the seemingly strange
            characters in one of the program lines, they
            are just supposed to be INVERSE VIDEO characters.

TV2.LST.TXT: a slightly modified version of the former.

MITV.LST.TXT: this is just in the form of an add-on "patch".
              You must ENTER it after having loaded TV2. Then,
              just to see the added (unfinished) test screen,
              don't RUN the program; use GOTO 900 instead.
              Using RUN will just give you the "standard"
              options from the preiosu version. Feedback
              needed to finish this one!
