This article was written by one of the guys who hung out on our front porch on Mill Street last summer. He was friends with our neighbor and had heard of us. He also happened to be a writer for the Summer Post. He asked if he could interview us for the "Local Cords" section. This one was a hit, although it was summer and not many students were in town. It was a full back page with pictures--very nice. There was a little backlash from this article (sorry, Jon) because the asshole frat boys next door took offense to the comment about how we were uncomfortable with where we lived. Lambda Chi Alpha sent a couple of big guys over to tell us to watch what we say about their frat. Did we mention their frat in the article? I don't think so. I must interject that we were sandwiched in between two fraternity houses. How did he know which one I pointed to? Needless to say, Rachel slammed the door and I called the police. The other backlash was that our landlord found out we had an illegal resident, Nigel the cat.
