2. Similarly, in ASG all submissives and slaves are addressed with lower-case and correctly spelled nicks. Again, we acknowledge that some practices may differ, and while we respect that, we must insist on our channel rules being followed by all.
3. In ASG all collared slaves and submissives may be identified by symbols such as {X}, {X, }X, etc. after their names, with "X" signifying the initial of the Owner. Please respect collars and do not approach slaves wearing collars; approach the Owner first if you can identify him or her, or ask the slave who the Owner is. Slaves with a "}SG" or "}^G" designation are channel slaves, who are owned by the channel and are free to serve visitors.
4. All Dominants who enter the channel are entitled to drink service and channel assistance from the channel slaves. Dominants who wish to scene or have further service from a channel slave must complete a training with one of the channel Operators before being granted this privilege. Please feel free to ask about it in channel and you will be directed to the appropriate person. This rule is in place to protect our slaves as well as our visiting Dominants.
5. Please obtain consent, in channel, from any submissive or slave you wish to scene with or request service from.
6. Some of our channel operators are slaves or submissives. While they wear the operator symbol (@), they carry the full authority of the channel and any directives they give or requests they make reflect the wishes of the presiding operators and the channel owner. Please respect slave operators and comply with their requests.
7. We encourage Dominants to thank slaves for service and to offer praise or other signs of their satisfaction with a slave in open channel.
8. Similarly, we discourage open criticism of slaves, severe correction in open channel, etc. If you have difficulty with a slave, please give feedback in private message. Please do not make personal observations about slaves, insult them, etc.
9. Please do not interfere with a slave who is serving; this includes comments and questions as well as physical interactions such as tripping or touching. Slaves serving someone else are usually not free to engage with you during their serve. If you wish to "test" a slave who is under your direction, please consult with the channel operators.
10. Please do not abandon a slave in channel or give a directive to a slave without dismissing the slave before you leave. As a default, in ASG all directives given to slaves are considered to last only for that day (this does not include people in permanent M/s relationships who have orders and protocols in place).
11. Please do not order a slave to do something that is against channel rules.
12. If you are not sure of something, feel free to ask the operators. The Dominant operators are specifically there for you, and the slave operators can help you if there are not Dominant operators in channel.
13. Please don't do verbal abuse scenes in open channel without discussing it with the operators.
