My personal thoughts:

On March 5, 1963, the world lost one of the greatest female singers of all-time.  Her songs (such as "I Fall To Pieces", "Crazy", "Sweet Dreams", "She's Got You", and "Walkin' After Midnight") were so heartfelt and have become classics within all genres of music.  Her songs are easy to relate to because all of us at one time or another have been heartbroken.  Her melodic voice transcends the test of time.

Patsy Cline has been one of the greatest influences of many artists of all-genres.  She was the influence for many artists like Loretta Lynn, Tammy Wynnette, Reba McEntire, and LeAnn Rimes.  The music world will never see another Patsy Cline again.
