HERALDIC CLIP ART COLLECTION

The art in this collection is distributed as Shareware, and you are
free to use it in any manner you desire. If you decide to add it to
your collection we ask that you send $10.00 (U.S.) to:

                          Don Phillips
                        105 S. Moore St.
                        Clayton, NC 27520

If your intent is to create Coats of Arms, you can use any Paint
or Publish program that allows for sizing and positioning of artwork.
Simply begin with the shield of your choice and add the desired Charges.
Each of the images were carefully drawn (when possible) to allow for
the entire area to be colored when using a "Fill" function. In some
cases, areas had to be partitioned, but an attempt was made to make it
as easy as possible to quickly color each image.

There is no index for the artwork, and the often long names
prevented me from identifying them by file name. The following will
help you to identify the various types of images, and you may want
to rename your favorites for easy identification.

I hope that you find the collection an asset and that you'll find many
uses for the art in addition to creating Coats of Arms. You'll find
that most of the images will hold up under significant reduction, and
can even be used as logos on letterheads and envelopes. If you have any
questions, you can email me. And if you find any corrupt files, let me know and I'll gladly replace them....Thanks for using the art.
