1999 an Interesting Year

Hello all again, well I finishing my 1999 story.  It is already 2K but 
things have been busy.  

Well to begin 1999, I was struggling through my bankruptcy and finally 
found an apartment that I could keep my dogs in.  I was renting this 
apartment from a church, and did not realize that a church could be a slum 
lord.  I managed to get moved in and got things kind of fixed... I was 
putting items in the should be part of an apartment, thermostats on the 
wall, outside porch lights, wiring the the laundry room and plumbing 
for it.  The preacher kept saying he would get to it... and when the main 
breaker went out... I had to go and get this item too.  Seems like 
the 1940 equipment was finally starting to give way.  But alas this is 
not his responsibility. 

The neighborhood where I was turned out to be hooker and crack heaven too.  
I had a rose bush stolen off the front porch, the radio out of my truck, 
and while I was off for two weeks or reserve duty, had the bannister 
to the porch that the satelite dish was attached to was stolen.
