Membership Information & Application
Pegasus Motorcycle Owners Club
was founded in 1990 by gay men who wanted the camaraderie of riding with
other gay male bikers, but without other membership restrictions .
Regular Membership is open to gay male bikers who own a motorcycle and
share our interest in motorcycle touring and "cruising." Members maintain
required California motorcycle insurance and an endorsed DMV Drivers License
for highway motorcycle use.
The club has monthly day, or longer overnight rides for both member and
non-member participants as well as monthly club ride planning meetings.
You need only pay the one time initiation fee of $25, which gets you one
of our club emblems suitable for the back of a biker vest, club pin, and
a club tee-shirt, along with your $65 annual club dues. Your fees cover
newsletter mailings, and credits for your lunch and bridge tolls as a Pegasus
member participating on Pegasus rides . With membership you can help determine
Pegasus ride destinations/routes, be a Ride Captain, and become an officer
of the club.
Yearly (12 issues) subscriptions to "Pegasus News" are otherwise available
to non-members for $10.
