My Web Manifesto: As I get more time to work on this (and to refresh my HTML skills), I hope to get a bit more sophisticated in my page design. However, I will always emphasize substance over style. If I have a choice between spending an hour writing a good rant, review, etc. or trying to make my site look "neat," I'll opt for the foprmer.
