A special ceremony opened the pageant recognizing all current State title holders for Florida.
The presentation was a black and white motif as Amber came out as Cruella DeVil.

Carmella went on to Miss Gay America and placed 12th overall. Kathryn Nevets relinquished her spot as 1st Alternate and Crystle Chambers went in her stead placing 28th overall.
