Brandi writes; I too was in the arctic ND from Apr 79 to Aug 89 when I went term leave. None of the people I knew used pantyhose for the cold. At least they did not admit to it. .

I take it that you were in aircraft, I was in ICBM's. Did people talk about the fact if ND left the US we would be the 3rd largest nuclear power in the world (300 missiles -- 2 bomb wings -- and the "Happy Hooligans" of Fargo.) What a time.
