The best hounds he has had the pleasure to walk behind and the privilege to own are 1996 UKC World Champion Hanna's Creek Mac Attack, 1998 ACHA World CHampion Treeing Walker Female Swift Creek Annie and their son, 2001 PKC Youth World Champion Hanna's Creek Trap.
Though his focus has shifted from competition hunting to pleasure hunting, MIke is still committed to the breed and strives to improve it by breeding off of the great Walker dogs of the past.
