Highlights from North to South - High cliffs of Section 13. Picnic Rock. Sawmill Dome. Many open ledges and great views of Lake Superior. Raven and Wolf Lakes. "The Drainpipe" - a 150' rock crevice with rock steps. Raven Rock. Mount Trudee (my favorite place on the trail). Palisade Creek. Round Mountain. Bean and Bear Lakes - with the look and feel of alpine lakes. Silver Bay. Falls of Beaver River. High escarpments 300 to 400 feet above valley floor. Large Cedar and White Pine. Rock cliffs and long ridges of table rock. Fault Line Ridge. Split Rock River with its cascades and sheer red rock walls. Gooseberry Falls State Park. Gooseberry River and Falls. Mike's Rock.
