Background: Storm the Albatross is a member of the Babylon Rogues, a group of skilled thieves. He is very strong, however he is not very bright and is quick to anger. Storm will sometimes stutter when he becomes flustered or excited and moves slowly. Storm’s specialty is his strength, making Knuckles the Echidna his rival.
