Sweden: From a souvenir stamp issued for the 1972 annual meeting of Sf Bältespännarna (the Swedish cinderella society). There actally was an attempted balloon flight! The stamp comes from a sheet of 3, the others being for a local post and a ship post. These 'deliveries' took place as well!
