INGREDIENTS

    • Cocoa Powder 100gm *
    • 250gm Caster Sugar *
    • 1 can of Liquid Filled Milk *
    • Vegetable Cooking Oil 200gm *
    • 250gm Condensed Milk *
    • 4 eggs - whisk until frothy
    • Flour 150gm
    • 1 tsp Soda Bi
  • TOPPING INGREDIENTS
    • 150gm cooking chocolate
    • 1/4 cup milk
    • 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable / cooking)
METHODS
  • CAKE
    1. Combine all ingredients and cook with marked * low heat until smooth. Always use a whisk stir, no need to boil.
    2. Combine the eggs with an electric mixer with antecedent at last. Wheat flour in a sieve with b.soda and b.powder gradually until smooth. Mix well using a whisk
    3. Put into a pan with parchment paper in the liner. Brass shall in lenser with a little oil around it first. Cover the pan with aluminum foil. Steam for 1 hour with medium heat. Make sure the water is boiling before being steamed.
    4. Let it cool before topping with chocolate
  • CHOCOLATE TOPPING
    1. Heat the milk (double boiler method) + cooking choc
    2. Turn heat off and stir until choc melt
    3. Add the oil and stir.
    4. poured on the cake
