This website was born on the eve of Mahashivarathri Day(the 2nd March 2003) prompted by my colleague Shri B.Shivaji SDE,an ASP expert and inspired by Shri J.Santhanakrishnan, the DGM and the e-Architect of Today's RGM TTC Chennai-27, Tamilnadu Telecom Circle, BSNL India and with the love and affection shown by the RGM TTC Family.
