POLIO CONNECTION OF AMERICA
BRACES AND OTHER SUPPORTS

1 - DROP FOOT PROBLEMS

I have designed a brace that will support your foot in the proper position for the almost natural walk. It allows up and down movement of the ankle, to operate a car gas pedal and restrains ankle side motion for overturning ankle problems. It allows more movement and provides more adjustable support than any known brace. Best of all, it weighs less than 3 oz. and can be interchanged between shoes in less than one minute.

I've been wearing the braces on both ankles for more than five years. I'm not interested in making a profit but to help those with polio drop foot problems like mine. If you are interested please call or write me. If I get enough response I plan to furnish for five dollars, complete instructions build your own brace or a kit containing complete instructions and material to build the brace for twenty five dollars. 2 - CARPAL TUNNEL WRISTBAND

Based on the principles of accupressure, special wristband relieves numbness and pain. The wristband contains a metal disk, which is placed over a key pressure point on the wrist.

Ed note: If you used a cane for many years and wake up at night with a numb hand and/or fingers and it takes a while to return to normal it may be indicative of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Simply sleeping with the wristband may solve your problem. Consider also alternating canes, etc.. Dont be rushed into Surgery for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome!!.
