considered an easy target, a mark by all kinds of scam and con
artists.

Don't be fooled by so-called authorities giving 'free' answers to your personnel (medical, etc) questions. Be very careful with chat and discussion groups. If you need help ask us or one of the Polio Support Groups noted below.
In dealing with any questionable individual or group of individuals or organizations use an anonymous name and an anonymous e-mail address that cannot be traced to you. You can get a free anonymous name and e-mail address at:-
