Frank Warendorf (1960), an attorney at law practising in The Hague, the Netherlands, received his primary and secondary education in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. After having graduated at the Amsterdam grammar school, Vossius Gymnasium, in 1979, Frank attended Williams College in Massachusetts (class of 1983). After his return to the Netherlands and completion of his military service, he enrolled as a law student at the University of Utrecht. He graduated in 1987. In 1988 he became a member of the Bar in The Hague, having joined the law firm of Pels Rijcken & Droogleever Fortuijn. His present practise, which focuses on environmental law, includes litigation in environmental matters, mostly on behalf of the Dutch Government (Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and Environment).
