In Celebration Of Urban Greyness
(or, Protest Against The Green)
a truck came into the green
relationship. Oh a redvan yellows, a lone car comes—ear-
ly are what! doing so
they meet in the morning here, up t
o the Park; city has the gray inwhat is not gray in a park, and our city
what, lives! is not thegray enough
put alone? they’re to build up, too—
pump up a city, gargoyledon to greening! unless . . .
we stage a just notice: this is Theater,
after all. The Hall outside,
for example, dirtied white. So now this city may know; and m-
ay all be not yet green . . .)still be painting grey words,
framed-in.
In
waiting,
hung.
