Above, a picture of the Huascar, taken in Callao before the war with Chile. Below, a detail of the mortal ram of the ironclad, which destroyed the Esmeralda at Iquique in 1879. At the bottom, a charcoal drawing of the ship, probably done in 1877, the same year of the battle of Pacocha against the British. More at the bottom is a picture of the legendary ironclad Huascar, probably taken in the late 1870's.
