3New auto-darkening welding helmets are designed to protect the user's eyes and face from sparks, spatter, and harmful radiation under normal welding conditions. 3New auto-darkening filter can change automatically from a light state to a dark state when an arc is stuck within a very very small fraction of a second, and it returns to the light state when welding stops. Light shade is a shade 4 which means you could read a newspaper at this light shade. Users can select the correct shade number for their application. The helmet utilizes high performance solar cells as power supplier and two pieces of built-in rechargeable lithium batteries as power backup. The life length of a helmet is more than 5 years. Suitable for MIG TIG & ARC welding.
