AT THE CROSSROADS

The internet, a vast ever growing organism, its electrified blood the many fold trillions of impulses coursing across the face of planet Earth, bouncing off it's surface to space tendrils hanging like hummingbirds above a nectar laden flower. Humans created this collective mind of information that is in itself becoming greater than the some of its parts. If the mind is willing, the individual can now enhance his own knowledge and communicate thoughts like no other time in history. The whole world is a stage and an audience for a single man or woman to become a voice that reverberates across the boundless sea of humanity. In this time it is with great benefit that I have been born to live and to speak the truths of my mind and heart to the entire planet via this medium. I welcome all travelers to "The Millennium Crossroads of the Mind's Eye."

Here all of us are at the crossroads between two millenniums of modern history. 2001 is only significant numerically because we live in a world conquered by people of Caucasian descent and western culture which harken the chronological origin of modern time back to the birth of their religious figurehead, a singular man of this prior age, Jesus Christ. For the Chinese we are well into 5000 years in their calendar, and there are other cultures and bygone societies like the Maya whose clock is still ticking a silent but not forgotten drum. We exist at the signpost between yesterday and tomorrow, the linear past and the future. The past millennium of history has seen so many events, births and deaths of countless souls have transpired upon little planet Earth here on the corner of the Milky Way Galaxy. We've retrospectively seen the social evolution of humans' progress and paradoxically digress throughout the annals of written and archeological history. 2001 has significance psychologically and culturally with those who exist in these times and maintain the intelligence to know what has passed and what is to come. Being at the crossroads burdens with it the responsibility of making a platform for our descendants and upholding the virtues of our ancestors. Humanity has many memories both individual and collective of our time and the knowledge of our place in time. There are many sweeping cultural and social changes that have occurred in just the last hundred years alone. Never before has the planet been so interconnected and interdependent. Much of this site will feature discussions about current events, moral and social issues, politics, philosophy, controversies, mostly addressed by myself as well as rebuttals from readers and editorials on similar topics. I hope to break people out of the mental-servitude of their own complacency and self-induced ignorance, shedding a ray of rational input on sometimes irrational human folly.

There are mysteries that cause the imagination to foray into the realm of conjecture, and using science as a tool to delve where curiosity leads many doors have been opened. Collectively, there are many scholars and scientists who act in behalf of humanity in bringing light to these unanswered questions, and building upon prior observation, satiating an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. Science has done much to quell the uncertainty of ignorance, but there remain many uncharted territories to be explored and revealed to our species. We live at an exciting time, where doors of understanding are being opened every single day. Various articles will appear over time addressing many scientific issues and areas of study. I hope to present this in a concise and simple to understand format. I will address many forward thinking ideas and technologies, and their implications to society.

Living at the crossroads as we do today means that we can not deny the fact that mankind's ultimate destiny from this point in time is the stars that blanket the sky above us. This is a certain inevitability that is not a matter of if, but rather when and how. The intelligent human population of planet Earth has exploded and we continue to proliferate our progeny and genetic code across the face of its surface, consuming its natural resources to manifest our society. The exploration and eventual colonization of space is a necessity if we are to survive as a species and further our quest for knowledge. Science and the pursuit of knowledge will manifest our destiny to spread our species across the galaxy and beyond in the coming millennium. Space and Time is the final frontier, and on this site I hope to educate my readers on outer space and what to expect out there. There are still occurrences in nature and in our world that have yet to be fully explained by science. Envision the following scenario: You see a mysterious craft that hovers motionlessly, soundlessly, over a windswept plain at night. It radiates iridescence like mother of pearl, and then in the blink of an eye it ascends into the night sky, never to be seen by your eyes again. UFO's have been an incessant enigma, especially within the last 60 years, sighted by many people, some of high social stature and respectable character. UFO's are not a figment of human collective imagination, and in the modern era of photographic equipment and video recorders, we've captured these objects thousands upon thousands of times, bringing to the forefront the question of, "what are they, and where do they come from?" Buried in modern history there are instances of extraterrestrial contact that reverberate covertly through the corridors of the United States military and the internal governmental annexes of the United States and many other countries across the world. There is a mountain of evidence, yet there remains a mountain of disinformation and misinformation to muddy the waters, employed by the powers that control the fates of nations; perhaps to save us from ourselves and our own xenophobia and proclivity toward self-destruction. There are some who undertake the daunting task of unraveling the shroud from the truth regarding extraterrestrials and their connection to humanity since the dawn of civilization, but what they have discovered does produce some compelling evidence that humans may have been helped along at times by our interstellar neighbors. Even so, there remain yet a multitude of unanswered inquiries about UFO's and their connection to Ancient Mysteries across the globe. This is issue is a very controversial and convoluted one, but on this site I will attempt to bring this issue up in a way that can be analyzed by any willing individual. You can take the evidence as you will, ultimately, it's your decision to accept it as being truth, or walk away from it. I just put it on the table.

There are many aspects of what is considered Paranormal that intrigue people, and cause them to find fascination. Some have claimed incidents of telepathy or psychic precognition, while others have experienced an ephemeral ghost or entity that coincides with our inhabitation. Feats of human will have made manifest what some without scientific background would say are miracles, yet are these occurrences so unfathomable. I know, based upon historical record, that was once mystery and intrigue is now commonplace and understood, thus I do feel that those things that seem to defy our accumulated knowledge merely exist outside that domain, and wait to be unlocked in a linear future time. I hope to address issues like these, and bring many of my own viewpoints and observations as well as incorporate reader response regarding these issues. The Millennium Crossroads will likely be my most accomplished body of work on the internet. I have been producing personal websites devoted to the things I enjoy in life for the past 4 years and this is my way of giving something back. My idea for the "Crossroads of the Mind's Eye" came when I was 16, but I wasn't ready, and perhaps the world wasn't ready, but now is the time in which I will bring it online and share it with anyone who is willing to raise their ear and break free from the confines of their self induced mental oppression. I hope that this site will become a place for you to take refuge from the incessant unforgiving confusion of the everyday, and allow you mind to roam free across plains of unbridled independence. I lift my head from the ground of the present and I see a vast expanse that sprawls before me, an unfettered growth of the collective consciousness of humanity, a metamorphosis of this life form and liberation from the womb; another child of the universe is born. A course is already charted and the ships are being built, mind by mind. The threads of fate are already tied in the inescapable loop. What was shall be, and again, and again. I, the singular entity, see from the center of my universe whilst the universe sees me throughout; I am merely a thought of its mind. I play a role in the entirety of its existence; I am one of many cornerstones that manifest its existence. I speak for it, and it walks with me. From my mind's eye I see the whole of chaos an almost blinding light, yet that which I perceive is only the paradox of my destiny in simple time's grasp. I wield the chaos and create order, my design, the universe's order, its design. I am the hand of that which is eternal!
