The game plays out up to the fight with gannondorf, which is a dues with swords, now arrows and repetitive crap. The escape is harder with lees time, and Ganon is faster, with over 10 possible attacks, all randomized to keep you on your toes. Ganondorf is banished to the golden land as before, but in the clouds, when Zelda asks for the ocarina, link drops to a knee and gives her a engagement ring. (start credits)

The cermony commences in the Deku Tree Meadow, with Darunia as best man, and Saria as bridesmaid. Rayru is the minister/rabbi/triforce kahuna whatever.

That night you see Link carry zelda into his house, she puts her suitcase down and sits down on a chair. Link sets down his sword and shield, and then a shadow shows covers the light in the doorway. Gqannondorfs evil entrance music plays and you see link quickly whip around. Camera cuts to Ruto's very very angry face.

Cut to outside the house, and you hear Link's "Aaaah AAH" scream

I agree, I didn't like that ending. It was too boring and sounded almost rushed threw. My ending wouldn't just be different, the whole game would be for mine.

Everything is the same until you are in front of Ganon's Castle. Instead of the sages making the bridge, Rauru says that the castle's magic is too strong and you must find 3 secret talismans of the triforce, Power, Wisdom, and Courage. In this case there are 3 different Temples,( Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you. As a kid you must beat the Light Temple. The Master Sword is protected by a sheild and you can only break it by beating the Light Temple. You are transported to the Sacred Realm, which is another dimension, to navigate a garden maze which leads to the Light Temple. There will be a new boss, Nayinore, who protects the Triforce. After you get a Heart Container- which means less heart pieces- and you can get the sword.) The Ice Temple, Labyerinth Temple, and Prison Temple. Find the 3 messngers to increase your power,

Now if you press "z" on the subscreen in the map section you view the Sacred Realm map. The Ice Temple is first. In the Ice Cavern go to a blue fire pedistal and play the Song of Time. You'll be transported to the Sacred realm. Here the Ice Temple lies. You are in " The Mountains of Ice". Here the race of Drorset live, part dragon, part horse, and part cat. The king ( the sage of Ice ) asks you to kill Ogolengleeok, a lava monster, who is tring to wipe out the race of Drorset by raising the temputure. "He is melting us!" he says, by the way the Drorset are made of ice. Inside the Ice Temple you'll find the Golden Tunic, a tunic that protects you from traps- like sycthes- and natural forces but not enemies. You can only use it here and to help you later. After a while you come out ( like when getting the Mirror sheild in the Spirit Temple ) and find the Drorsets melting. You have 45 seconds to go to the top by bridge and restore the Ice Beam to make it cold. Then there is an avalanch and you must beat Ogolengleeok to find King Drorset who gives you the Talisman of Power. ( In your subscreen the Triforce of Power fills in. It does that for the others too.) You get the idea of what happens in the other 2 Temples now. Rolland is the Labyerinth Sage, new person, and Malon is the Prison Sage.

You now go to Ganon's Castle and everything is the same. After, there is no party and the Gerudos capture Link because he just killed there leader Ganondorf.

Now you are Navi and you must go to tell Princess Zelda about what happened. You now play as Princess Zelda. ( If your not Zelda at all how did the game get it's name.) This is why you gave back the Ocarina. ( Oh yeah you don't turn back to a kid after Ganon.)

Now you dress up like Sheik again and go on to save Link. All you do is find the door that leads to the tall cell and go threw the hole. Link is chained so he can't escape again. Now use your acrobatic Sheik moves to break the chains. Link thanks you and Navi for saving him. He actually said something! After play Zelda's Lullaby and you'll be kids again. Zelda gives Link the Ocarina and lets him stay at the castle. If you say yes the scenes in credits will be you at a welcome party at the castle. If you say no they'll be a welcome back party at Kokiri Forest and The Deku Tree is alive. After either party you'll see the regular party at Lon Lon Ranch without the Gerudos. Then you'll see everything the same that was after.

Ganon dies, the Sages seal him up, blah, blah, blah�Then we see the Hyrule Castle turning back to its original state, and Link and Zelda are standing on the highest balcony. Zelda thanks Link, admits her wrongdoing, and they are silent for a few moments. They hold hands. Then, there�s an overview of Hyrule, only this time, everything is turning beautiful again, and we also see people leaving every place to go to a party.

Then, the camera zooms from the setting sun to a gigantic party on the Hyrule Field. Everyone�s there, and there are game booths, races, etc. Then, Link and Zelda join the hubbub, and you�re able to control Link again. You can play the games, talk to people, and, when night falls, there are fireworks.

After a while, Link and Zelda isolate themselves, and then the romance begins. Link and Zelda face each other in the full moonlight. Their eyes meet, and the kiss, long and full. Then, Zelda plays Zelda�s Lulluby, and Link is warped back to his original state. Then, we see him walking from the Temple of Time to Kokiri Forest. As he walks, flashbacks of you playing the game appear on split sides of the screen, and then we see pictures of the Sages, different characters and experiences, and, finally, Zelda. She is playing the Ocarina of Time. Link smiles, and climbs the ladder to his house. In Link�s house, he settles down into his bed. Then, there is a faint vision of Zelda playing the Ocarina of Time, and Link smiles, and goes to sleep at the sound of the serene melody. He no longer has nightmares, but dreams of a Princess, who lives in a castle, far, far away.

As far as I'm concerened, there should be a TOTALLY different ending to Zelda. There should also be another temple as well, here is how it should go:

After Link beats the Spirit Temple he returns back to the outside of the Temple, where he is greeted by Rauru. After a short speech with Rauru about the ways of life...blagh blagh blah...he tells you that he is the Owl. Then he raises his arms above his head and transforms into the owl. He then tells you that if he did not discuise himself as the Owl, he could be easily found by Ganondorf, and then Ganondorf could find the Sky Temple, and recieve all the power he could imagine.

Suddenly there is a shake, and you see a shadow appearing over you. You then look up, and you can see Ganondorf standing on a ledge above you. He hops down and you draw out your sword. Rauru changes back and walks up to Ganondorf. He then says "Leave the boy alone...your fight..is with me" Ganondorf does one of his evil laughs and says "Old man, you are nothing, for now that I have you, I have the key to the last temple..." Ganondorf then grabs Rauru's hidden necklace, and they both dissapear in front of your eyes.

But something is left behind...You slowly walk over to where Rauru was standing, and there is an old piece of paper with a song written on it. You then learn the song, and it is the Ballad of the Sky. You play the song, and you are transported to The Sky Temple...

The first image is your frightened, yet content face, then the screen moves to a full view of you...as it slowly rotates around your body to show what you are looking at. As it comes into veiw, you can see it is Princess Zelda standing in front of a large wall, that has a map drawn on it.

Princess Zelda walks up to you and begins to speak "It is the way of the world for fish to swim..as it is for wolves to have their supper...It is the way of the world that I should be chosen..." she then gets a sadend look on her face as you slowly approach her more closely..You look at her and take her hand "I..I don't understand..." you say. She looks up at you and touches your face "Im sorry (insert name)...now I must leave you.." she leans in for a kiss then suddenly a large Suit of Armor comes to life and grabs her. Zelda looks behind her and yelps. Then she yells, "(insert name)! Save Hyrule!", as the suit of armor walks into the map on the wall.

At this point you are free to walk around. But there isn't really much to look at. If you attempt to walk up to the map a big purple, translucent, beam of light will cover it, and Navi will say "(insert name) a strange force covers this map, how can we get through?"

All you have to do is play the temple of time song and a new kind of block will apear. It is like a double block, because it is one on top of another, and slightly off to the side, so you can climb up. Once you climb up, at the top there is a switch. Push it, and the purple stuff dissapears.
You then climb back down and walk through the map... When you walk through the map there is a dark and misty room with a hardly visible door off to the side. Navi says "(insert name) this room is so foggy, because we are so high up, how can we see?"

If you then walk up to the door and go through, you will be on a cloud, and all around you are many other clouds. These clouds however, are not in the sky, all that is below you is a black abiss.

Suddenly out pops 4 dancing scarecrows. Here is how you beat them: 1. Put on your hover boots so you don't fall off the clouds 2. You must kill them in this order: 4-1-3-2, in order for the treasure to appear.

Once you kill them in the right order, the room will slowly change into an ordinary room with a treasure chest at the back. (sort of like the mirage room in the water temple) Inside the treasure chest is, the FogLenses. Navi will say, "(insert name) these lenses are hand crafted by Rauru himself! They allow you to see through the fog perfectly! Equip the lenses with...blagh blagh blagh (you know the drill)" I don't want to spend the eeeeennntttiiiire time explaining every detail, I'll leave that up to you to imagine. So skipping to the boss:

The boss is the most difficult of all the bosses there are, to beat her, you must use all of your weapons:

You walk into a dark and dusty room..you put on your fog lenses and you can see... It is an extremely beautiful woman...who's also 20 times your size...with 2 big machetti's..a title comes up as she throws her head back and laughs an evil laugh..."Rowdrena, Evil Sourceress Of The Sky Temple"

Here is how you beat her:
1. First wear the hover boots, so that when she slams her right machetti down, you wont get hurt
2. Using your bow&arrows, shoot the bindi on her forhead, this will get her so angry, she will try even harder to hit you with a machetti
3. When she slams her machetti down, causing you to fly up in the air, put on the lens of truth, that allows you to see platforms nearby, land on a platform
4. When you are on a platform, use the megaton hammer to send a wave through the air, this will stun her.
5. Longshot over to another platform, that allows you to be facing Rowdrena.
6. Use the bow&arrows to hit the Silver Brooch on her chest this enrages her so much, she trusts both machetti's into the air.
7. Before the machetti's can hit you RUN to the edge and put on the iron boots, so you can fall quickly to the gound.
8. When she picks up her machetti's again, a light will reflect off of them, use the mirror sheild to reflect the light into one of her eyes. She screams as one of her eyes burns up.
9. You must repeat steps one through nine, causing both of her eyes to burn up, then beating her once when she is blind.

After you do this she screams and drops both machetti's as she collapses into a burning carnage. Then a strange looking heart will apear you pick it up and it says "you have gotten a golden heart! You can now equip medallions for extra magic power!" Then you walk into the blue circle and and taken up to the Temple of Light...

Rauru is there and so are the other sages Ruto smiles at you and then claps her hands...slowly...then all the other Sages join in, it turns into a great applause, you smile as you see tears of joy pour from their faces.

Then someone taps you on the shoulder..you turn around and it's Zelda! She takes your hands and says Im sorry I couldn't do this sooner, she then kisses you onthe cheek, smiles and says "thank you...thank you..." You blush...

Suddenly, there is a rumble and Ganondorf appears out of no where! He then puts his hand out and captures Zelda inside Nayru's Love. She yelps.

Ganondorf does his little evil speech, then dissapears. Rauru gives you the Light Arrows.

You beat Ganon's Castle, the same old way. But at the end, you do not hafta go back in time again, and you stay in the future.

So everyone is celebrating in Hyrule right, and Malon walks up to you. She then thrusts her arms around you and says "oh (insert name) thank you so much...how can we all repay you!" she then lets go and slowly brings her head back...you both lean in for a kiss....but it doesn't happen...instead, you are showered with MANY kisses. Zelda watches, smiling, as a tear of ice slowly drips from her eye...she then raises her arms above her head..and dissapears in a ray of light...

THE END

The way I think Zelda64 should end go's like this:

During the fight with Pig Gannon, Link is being crushed in half. Zelda is doing all she can to help him but is also crushed by Gannon. The screen turns white, then Link wakes up to find him self safe in his tree house with Sara beside him. Sara then says"thank goodness you're awake, I just had a strange dream that I was somesort of a sage. But it was only a dream." Then Gannondorf's laughter fills the forest and the rest of Hyrule. Link than say's"Uh, Sara I've got to go".

The rainbow bridge was so stupid. It would be dark black. When you go to have it created by the Sages, you hear a "HALT! No world saving at THIS castle!" Link turns around. A Hylian soldier? They were all killed� Link says, "GANONDORF! YOU CAN'T TRICK ME!" He pulls out the Master Sword. Ganondorf says, "No, wait, look at my creation first- Minime, attack!" A mini Ganondorf springs out. Ganondorf steals the Master Sword and throws it in the lava. Minime would just take 5 shots to kill with the best sword. After that, Minime leaves behind the Lava Boots. They help you go on lava. You would use them (manually) to get your sword back. The whole castle thing is the same, but at the organ, Ganondorf plays the song of time. You would have to do the same with your ocarina. Then he would say, "LINK- I�am�your�father." Link says, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Wait, I can't kill my dad." "Right," Ganondorf says. Link says, "So what." The Ganondorf battle is the same, but when you beat him, he cries, "Why, Link, WHYY? I must have revennnnnnge!" ( emphasis on 'revenge' ). Zelda appears and says, "Shut ya trap." She shoots lightning at Ganondorf.. Then the normal ending goes, except instead of the THE END thing. It says the end, but on a photo of Ganondorf with a little green bundle with orange-blonde hair sticking out in his arms.

My end is all the same until link gets his sword. He gets his sword and stans abouve Ganon's head. Raru and the Sages appear and channel their power to the sword. As he strikes the final blow, the screen fades to white. Then Ganon turns bake to Ganondorf and the Sages banish him to the sacred realm. Then, Zelda and Link look over the land and see the damgae Ganon has done. Link wishes the Hyrule is restored and light surrounds then as Hyrule is restored. The light rises and Link and Zelda are in the courtyard where they first met. Fade to black.

Then it shows Ganondorf in darkness. He swears revenge on link and his trifore glows red. Its burning his hand and he screams as the sceen turns white.

Now, for this to work, link has a brother, named Lain who is in love with Malon through the game. There is a party at Lon-Lon Ranch everybody is there and happy. The Poe Man is sitting on the tower, and he takes off his hood and tkes off a mask. He looks like link and says"You've done well, my son" And he puts his mask and hood on and joins the party. The is a band with one of each creature in Hyrule.A Geudo playing a Guitar, Goron playing bongo, Zora playing violin, Link playing ocarina, and Lain playing a flute. Malon is next to Lain sining and Zeldw is next to Link playing ocarina with him.

Then Zelda and Link are getting married . They are at the deku sprout, the sprout being the altar and Raru is the priset. Princess Ruto is going nuts and the othetr sages have to restrain her. Malon is in the bake and she says"What a lucky girl" and Lain is on his horse, James and carries her up on the horse. " He's not that lucky" he says and they kiss
Links dad is on the archway, watching.
As the newly wed couple it walking they see Malon and Lain kissing. Link and Zelda ride to the Castle and the screen says "tHE END

My name is Margaret Hogan. I don't like the ending of Ocarina of Time as much as I like the game itself,but I LOVE the music! This is how I would really like it. I picture it when I listen to the music.
Before ending sequence...

Link enters Gannondorf's throne room and he starts to remove the Triforce of Courage from the Link. Navi says that she can't help because of the waves of darkness,and promptly passes out. Link defeats Gannondorf as normal. Escaping the castle is normal,only at each door,one of the sages is there to open it,and follow Zelda and Link out. After the castle collapses(Awesome graphics,man!)Navi comes to and apologizes for not being able to help. Suddenly,there is a loud crash. Link runs to see what it was,when Gannondorf becomes the famous piggy Gannon. Saria enters a fighting stance(Man,she looks COOL when she's ticked off!)and shouts"You're going to pay for your wrongs,Gannondorf!"She charges toward him,but he smacks her aside. She lands ten feet away,unconscious. Link draws the Master Sword,but Gannon knocks it out of his hand,then the wall of fire goes up. Navi shouts"There's no way he's going to hold be back again! This time,we fight him together!"Link fights Gannon as normal. Somewhere around there,Saria wakes up. She's dazed for a moment,then shakes her head and screams"That's it!". She grabs the Master Sword and leaps(or flies)right over the wall of flame and lands next to Link. "I'll help you,Link,"She says,"We face this monster together!". Every time Link hit Gannon with a light arrow,Saria jump-attacks on Gannnon's tail. After doing this a couple of times,Zelda casts the restraining spell on Gannon. Link and Saria deliver the final blow,and Saria,along with the other sages,seals Gannon in the Evil Realm.
Ending sequence...

Zelda lets Link keep the Ocarina of Time. Impa comes walking up with an old man next to her. "I believe this is someone from your family,Link."She says. It's his uncle. After a few minutes,Link walks toward the Forest. "What are you doing,Link?"Zelda asks,to which Link answers,"Something I've wanted to do for a long time."He calls into the Forest,"Hey guys,peace has returned to Hyrule! It's safe to come out now!"Hesitant,the Kokiri people come out,one after another. Then they go to the party scene at Lonlon Ranch. The sages are celebrating there as well. At the end of the party,Mido says goodbye to Saria as she flies away with the others. Link reveals himself to Mido,and Mido apologizes for the way he was acting. As soon as they shake hands and make up,Navi transforms into a not-glowing,slightly taller version of herself. She flies over and hugs Link as one of the Kokiri girls starts ringing bells on the Temple of Time. Last scene,Link is at his uncle's house,looking out the window,when he notices the sages outside. Saria turns around and waves. Link smiles and waves back. Screen fades and the words "The End" appear on the screen.
