 MAJORA'S MASK DEBUG CODE
The following is a variation on the Video Gamer X Debug code talored for Zelda: Majora's Mask. Even though it's been a long time since this game released, I found a code like this necessary for gamers who wanted to continue hacking the cartridge. I'm amazed that new things can still be squeezed out of these games. This was submitted by "Zero Enna."
I have discovered the debug code for majoras mask it is even more simple than the oot code use the crooked cartridge trick as usual but instead of a lock up you get a very faint freeze frame of the title screen and instead of a yellow line its a red line then you hold down A+B+ALL THE C BUTTONS+Z+LEFT ON D-PAD+START and it should pop open. it basically says the same stuff even the creator but it is automated it scrolls through the screens by itself including 2 screenshots it takes when it freezes then it stops at the stack dump (the lock up causes the n64s memory to dump the Zelda games files until the system is reset) at the stack dump you can use C-UP and C-DOWN to scroll through the code that sometimes works because the automated scroll sometimes overrides your control of the debug screens (I discovered this because of a debug code I have for shadows of the empire game that is similar and I tried it to see if it would work on this game) it was a random guess. now I would like to show a screen shot of this but I don't have a scanner and I have no experience let alone know how to take a screenshot if I get a scanner and my new laptop by the end of this month (because I just ordered them) I could send you a whole video with my new tape port macrocode to windows media or just simple screenshots may be easier. and I am true to my word.
I will be up front and say that I haven't tried this yet, since I'm playing so many other games than Majora's Mask these days, but I would like some gamer feedback as to whether or not this truly works. I might get around to trying it later on.
