THE WALL OF PRIDE

I feel it is high time to erect a new element to "The Odyssey of Hyrule" experience that is representative of what constitues the opposite of a "Wall of Shamer." These websites and webmasters listed on this page deserve commondation for the good contributions and originality that they have and continue to display over the course of time. Some of these sites are older than "The Odyssey of Hyrule", some newer, but all in all they are the examples of what creativity and thoughtful planning can bring about. I present to you "The Wall of Pride"

The Zelda Headquarters - quite possibly the forefather of the Zelda supersite dating back to April of 1996. This site, originally webmastered by Niels t' Hooft, Then later Rod Jones, "Master of Hyrule" and Conrad Vander Woulde joined in, was the place to find Zelda information and discussions regarding Zelda 64 and all the anticipation before it's release. The Zelda Headquarters is by far a classic internet Zelda experience that we all hope will never fade away. Although Niels has moved on to bolder projects, it's current webmaster, Conrad maintains the site and keeps the legend alive. Video Gamer X salutes the Zelda Headquarters as being my inspiration to create "The Odyssey of Hyrule."

TGL - "The Golden Land" - Another site that has been around for a long time and worth the time to visit. This site is a good place to find Zelda related Fan-Fiction and information.

Attention Gamers: It's up to YOU to point out a Wall of Prider and make sure that they get recognized for their originality and great ideas. The Wall of Pride showcases everything that is great about creativity and the ability of webmasters to put that creativity to work. These websites represent the best out there. Perhaps you too, can someday emblazon your mark on "The Wall of Pride"
