It’s an afternoon with little rain. Long-hair Winnie Hsin with plain-colored clothes appeared in the filming area. She’s the cover girl for our first-issue magazine. Winnie kept holding a glass of water before photo shooting. Other than water and fresh fruit juice, she doesn’t touch anything with caffeine. As she is easily for allergy, she does care about her diet. You can find light food, fruit and vegetables in her recipes. Her first thing in the morning is drinking 500 c.c. lemon juice as it helps to improve constipation.

 

Though very busy during promotion period, Winnie tries to squeeze time for relaxation. ‘When I have free time, I exercise at least three times a week. My company also enrolls exercise course for me. It helps me to have enough effort for promotion period.’ Exercise has become her life. Rather than this, she prefers walking. ‘I love traveling. It’s a relief. I have more time to walk relaxingly. Walking helps to keep good health.’

 

Her songs always bring a sense of recovery to her fans, and she frees herself by music too. ‘I don’t make myself unhappy often. I chat with friends, watch movies, listen to music, or only crying if I have pressure or bad mood. However I seldom listen to my songs.’ Winnie talked with a smile, ‘I just listen to my songs if I don’t have confidence, as my songs give me confidence!’

 

Mood can be controlled by yourself, as Winnie thinks so. She loves traveling because she can find her real self during the trip. ‘Keeping a part of your heart away from reality must be a way to make yourself happy.’ If you want to be healthy, you must also care about your soul, not just physically.

一個下著細雨的午後,披著長髮,穿著素雅的辛曉琪出現在攝影棚內,準備幫我們的創刊號進行拍攝封面的工作。準備過程中,辛曉琪手中一直捧著一杯水。除了白開水與現榨果汁之外,不喝任何含有咖啡因的飲料,本身過敏的體質,讓她對飲食相當注意,食用口味較為清淡的食物、多吃蔬菜水果,是辛曉琪的養生之道。每天早上起床,第一件事就是利用空腹時,喝500c.c.的檸檬原汁,對於原本容易便秘的情況,改善不少。

 

辛曉琪在忙碌的宣傳期間,也盡量會給自己一些休息時間,養精蓄銳。宣傳期的活力來源主要還是靠平時的運動,「沒有通告的時候,我也一定會在一個禮拜中至少安排三天來運動,加上公司替我安排的體能訓練課程,讓我足以應付宣傳期所耗費的龐大體力。」對於運動,辛曉琪視為生活的一部份。除此之外,「走路」也是她身體力行的健康守則。「我喜歡旅行,在那樣的情境當中,會讓我的身心得到完全的放鬆,而且有較多的機會可以悠閒的漫步,多走路對身體健康有幫助。」

 

有「療傷歌后」稱號的辛曉琪為許多的朋友帶來心靈上的慰藉,而她自己也常透過音樂紓解情緒。「我很少會讓自己陷於問題的死胡同中。只要有壓力,或心情不好,我都會找朋友聊聊,要不就自己看電影、聽音樂,再不然大哭一場,心情就會好多了。但在這情緒當下我倒不太聽自己的歌曲。」辛曉琪笑著說。「在對自己沒信心時我才聽自己的歌,聽了會讓自己信心倍增!」顯示了音樂在辛曉琪心中所佔的重要性。

 

辛曉琪認為人的心境是可以自己掌握的,喜歡旅行的另一個原因,是讓自己在過程中發現最真的自己,想要健康,就得同時注重身體及心靈上的平衡,「在現實生活中保持一顆不現實的心,應該是讓自己過得快樂的好方法吧」。
