This is what Winnie got after she visiting Sichuan, China, the land suffered from earthquake before. 

‘I think health and safety are the most important in life that keeps changing. Now I will take action as soon as possible after I’ve decided to do something. 

This is what Winnie requested herself. 

‘I really care about my family now, and concern about my friends. In the past, I didn’t care of them so much.’ 

A New Day Starts…  

‘I get up naturally, it will not be too late… as sometimes I’m busy, sometimes not… Let’s say the day I’m not busy. I get up at seven and go to enjoy massage at eight thirty. Hahaha… just kidding. How can I get up so early? I get up naturally at about ten, then have an apple for breakfast, the red one. How to say that proverb… ?’ 

‘“An apple a day keeps the doctor away,” reminded by the reporter. ‘Yes! After that I switch on my computer and visit my blog, read messages by my fans. It’s my routine. So I roughly remember who they are… If my computer is down, then I have more time to relax. In fact I’m busy at home. If I don’t have to work, I do exercises, or take aroma treatment, or go to shops and buy organic ingredients to make juice. 

Health & Safety 

‘Health & Safety are the most important in my life,’ answered by Winnie without consideration. ‘Life keeps changing, and it’s not easy to live simply, especially not long ago there’re human and natural disasters happened. So I take action after decision is made. I keep reminding myself about this.’

‘Thought life is unpredictable, I don’t lose my sense of safety. You have to understand and learn how to face crises. You also have to remind yourself… it makes you more positive than being pessimistic.’

Fear 

‘Getting old is natural so it’s not scary. You’re devil if not getting old!’ ‘Perhaps you will accept and face the reality if you put yourself into a better status.’ ‘Don’t ask me how old am i! I don’t tell you! You also can’t find it in my official website. Or you want to guess?’ Definitely age is the secret of women.  


A Reverse…

The golden song ‘Understanding’ made her renowned with the image of sadness, but in reality, it’s a reverse. ‘Actually I’m very happy! I… how to say it? Help me!. She looked around for help. ‘You’re optimistic,’ added by the Singaporean chairlady of her fans club. Winnie replied with clapping hands and talked aloud, ‘right! I’m optimistic! She knows me very well.’  

‘Songs gave me the image of bitterness. People who don’t know me will think I’m that type of person. In fact I’m not. Maybe my facial expression looks sad when I’m singing, but it’s just part of me. I’m positive even facing problems.’ She replied in a loud voice, with hands on her waist and faced upwards, making people around laughed. She also expressed a big laugh. 

‘Queen of recovery is the name given by the media. One of my fans gave up suicide after listening to my song UNDERSTANDING. Before that she had broken up with her boyfriend and had cried for a week.’

‘Frankly speaking, I didn’t have much feeling when everybody called me this. Afterwards I thought it’s troublesome and a burden but I found it’s hard to kick it off so I accepted. Now I think it’s not bad, at least my songs can comfort people.’

Who comforts you?

‘Friends! I will talk to my good friends as I’m not the person who keep everything to myself only. My friends also like to talk to me. If friends are not around, we can talk over the phone.’

有時候，簡單地活著，就是最大的幸福。 

自四川地震發生以來，四處賑災演唱的辛曉琪，對生活有了新的領悟。 

“我覺得人生最重要的就是健康和平安，很簡單也很難，尤其是近來發生了很多天災人禍，你會覺得生命終究是無常的，所以我現在想到什麼，就趕快去做。” 

這是辛曉琪要求自己的改變。 

“最近特別體會到人世間的無常，以前比較不會在乎，現在卻很珍惜和家人相聚的時刻，近來對于朋友也採取比較主動的方式，有事沒事就噓寒問暖一番，現在總會覺得要多多關心身邊的人。” 

這是辛曉琪對家人與朋友的珍惜。 

我一天的開始…… 

“我一天的生活哦……嗯……哇，我在家裡都很頹廢耶！我會睡到自然醒，但是也不會太晚……我有忙碌的生活，也有不忙碌的……好吧，那我就說不忙碌的，早上7點半起床，8點半出發去按摩，哈哈哈！沒有啦，我哪有那麼早起床？自然醒的話大概要在10點左右，醒來之後就吃一個蘋果，我每天都要吃一個蘋果，紅色的。有句話說，什麼吃蘋果，醫生什麼的？那話怎講啦？” 

“An apple a day keeps the doctor away.”我說。“對對！就是這句……吃完蘋果，我就開電腦，也沒事，就開著，這樣比較有安全感，我已經得到現在那個什麼病了，一定要把電腦打開才行，上自己的部落格，看看歌迷的留言，這已成了我的例行動作，所以有留言的歌迷我大概都記得他們是誰……如果電腦壞了會更好，那我就有時間多休息啦。然後……老實說哦，我很少在家閒著沒事幹，如果沒工作的時間，我一定會去運動，或是去做芳香療法，不然就去有機店，買些素材回來打汁。” 

人生最重要健康和平安 

看似平凡的生活，也活出了意義，無法無欲無求，但求簡單快樂。名利與物質上的追求，容易困在忙碌與盲目的圈圈，像是填補一個無底洞的疲憊，一不小心，變成了健康與金錢的拉鋸戰。 

“健康與平安才是我最大的追求。”幾乎不用考慮，辛曉琪給了一個標準答案。 

“我覺得人生最重要的就是健康和平安，很簡單也很難，尤其是近來發生了很多天災人禍，你會覺得生命終究是無常的，所以我現在想到什麼，就趕快去做，以前會比較懶惰，現在比較會去提醒自己，有什麼想要做的就不要再拖下去。 

“雖然世事難料，但我不會因此而沒有安全感，悲劇的發生往往無法控制，害怕是很無謂的事，要覺得沒有安全感也跟自己過不去，因為你無法預期，倒不如你去注意或學著防范，萬一地震來時你要怎樣做？以前看到大災難新聞時，會覺得事情總是離我好遠好遠，我不可能會遇到，可是現在好像變得很靠近，很多事情你都必須開始去了解，學習危機處理，還有自我的提醒或建設……我覺得這樣會比杞人憂天來得積極許多。 

珍惜和家人相聚的時刻 

“最近特別體會人世間的無常，以前比較不會在乎，現在卻很珍惜和家人相聚的時刻，近來對于朋友也採取比較主動的方式，有事沒事就噓寒問暖一番，現在總會覺得要多多關心身邊的人。” 

辛曉琪的人生，還有什麼好害怕的？ 

“怕老嗎？我覺得也沒什麼好怕的，這是人生必經的過程，不老豈不是變妖精了嗎？你怕什麼呢？可能就是讓自己處于一個比較好的狀態，老了就去坦然面對和接受，我覺得這樣比較自在，就這樣……”她說得坦然、瀟洒。 

“那……”我才開了口，馬上被打斷。 

“啊！你不要下個問題就來問我幾歲啊！我還是不會講的！我的官網也從來不透露，你自己去猜猜看吧！”再次成功証明，女人的年齡，永遠是不能說的秘密，任憑如何洒脫依舊口是心非。放心吧，曉琪姐姐，你的年齡，相信大家都猜得到。 

領悟把我塑造成…… 

曾經傷痕累累的辛曉琪，將一曲《領悟》唱得痛徹心扉，從此一副可憐楚楚的形象，辛曉琪似乎只能與“悲情”劃上等號。 

自認既陽光又積極 

“其實我都很快樂耶！我都很……很……很什麼啦！你快點幫我講！”她環顧四周，眼神尋求幫助，來自新加坡歌迷會的會長回答她一句‘你很開朗’，辛曉琪一拍掌，大聲說道：“對！我很開朗呀！她是我新加坡歌迷會的會長，她最了解我了。 

“是歌的關系，把我塑造成一個苦情的形象，如果沒有和我接觸過，就會認定我像歌曲一樣悲情，事實上不是哦，可能唱苦情歌的時，當下的我也許真的是那個樣子，但是那只是代表某一個階段的我，是一個過程，其實我的個性，還蠻活潑開朗的，遇到難題時，我不會怨天尤人，也不是一個會鑽牛角尖的人，所以呀，我還是一個既陽光又積極向上的人呀！” 

辛曉琪提高了聲量，兩手一插腰，抬頭挺胸的動作，惹得在場的人都大笑了起來，她自己也跟著笑得前俯後仰。 

“療傷歌後是媒體給的封號，因為有個歌迷跟男朋友分手，痛苦得想尋短見，之後她聽了我的《領悟》，聽了一個星期，也哭了一個星期，之後就打消了自殺的念頭，媒體知道了就把這故事寫出來，于是就封了‘療傷歌後’的封號給我。 

療傷歌後的傷誰來療呢？ 

“當初聽到大家這麼叫我時，說真的我沒多大感覺，之後有段時間就急于擺脫，因為覺得壓力很大、很煩、很負擔，後來覺得好像擺脫不了，就只要接受了，現在想想也沒什麼不好，至少人家聽我的歌有感覺，如果讓她聽了心情會舒服一點，那也挺好的。” 

那，療傷歌後的傷，誰來療呢？ 

“朋友啊！我是有什麼事情都不會憋在肚子裡的人，我耐不住氣，一定要找好朋友出來講，講完過後就沒事了，我就是有這樣的好處，像朋友有心事，也會找我聊呀！好朋友嘛，就互相倒垃圾咯，如果朋友無法陪在身邊，就在電話裡講，一定要找人講，講出來人就會舒服多了！” 

後記:地雷 

訪問未開始，辛曉琪的助理溜到等待做專訪的記者們的身邊，禮貌地問道：“可不可以不問她的感情生活？家人方面也盡量不提，行嗎？” 

辛曉琪自認所謂“憋不住”的脾氣，記者們早有所聞，助理的要求，是不是除了不想讓辛曉琪受傷，也避免記者頭破血流？若是這般善意，也值得體諒。 

盡管經由助理“貼心提醒”，無法理解的是，為何專訪室裡會呆上十幾人？ 

我與辛曉琪分別被安排坐在“台上”的兩張椅子上，那十幾人就坐在“台下”，順理成章成了觀眾，而“觀眾”不時代替回答問題，哈哈大笑或積極發表意見，如此人多勢眾，若不小心踩中“地雷”，即使地雷不爆發，台下一人朝我開一槍，我也無處可躲呀……
