English Translation Persistence & Gain: Treasure! (有所堅持，有所收穫 - 珍惜！)
I believe if you persist, you will gain what you want. Everybody has her experience. For me, what I want is to do what I want, so I treasure what I've got, and have been worked hard for my dream. I had my hard time and had to made many decisions, one of them was I had to choose between piano teacher and a singer years ago. I know not many people can have such chance, and can control their lives. So it's a kind of happiness for the ability of doing what I like.
I have had relationship with music since very young. I remembered when I heard the beautiful melody played by violin in the first time, music was rooted in my heart. As my elder brothers and elder sisters were older than me, they all love me so much and let me learning piano and violin. In school, I was a member in choir. I was even the conductor in secondary school. I also learnt vocal music. Afterwards, I went to Hua Gang Art School (華崗藝校), then studied in Culture University (文化大學). I love singing and I always got high marks in music competition. Music touches people and makes me happy.
I had been soaked in music happily, so I didn't
think of being a singer. Life is a miracle and we can predict many things.
It's strange! When I studied year two in the university, my good friend had to
applied a post of singer in a club, but she just had a quarrel with her
boyfriend, so I took the interview for her. Surprisingly, I succeeded. During
singing in the club, Tai-change Li
(李泰祥) invited me to sing
the advertising song. Later, by the recommendation of Yang-jiu Chen
(陳揚究), I sang numerous
advertising songs. Thanks for my fellow student, he was the producer in
Linfair Records. One day he asked me have a try or not, so later I signed the
contract with the company. Totally there were 3 albums in 5 years, and the
result was not what we expected. In the last year of the contract, I was very
down. My workmates told me no need to do promotion as there won't be a
breakthrough. Did I do something wrong? Why I got such bad result? I didn't
understand. In addition, I was upset for my marriage, so I stayed at home
everyday. Sometimes teaching piano. Those were my cloudy days. Although it's
hard, I received warm concern from my family, friends and classmates. They
helped me generously and liked my sunshine. Thank you so much for their love.
I thought I was a lucky person. Fate & Made Full Effort: No Regret! (隨緣天定，全力以赴 - 無愧！)
I thought of give up singing once, particular during those hard times. Later, I joined Rock Records and had a chance to taste the success. I got a piece of land for my career, though I was a bit afraid at the beginning. There were many stars in the company so I burdened great pressure. After the success of 'Understanding', I set higher requirement for myself. I adore music. I hope those who love music like me can enjoy the fun that music brings.
It's up to you to define what is success and what is failure. The important is did you make effort. In fact everybody knows, paid and gain don't go in parallel. But perfect result always comes out unexpectedly. If I did make full effort, then I won't regret. Of course everybody longs for rewards, but it's really hard to say.
In have entered the showbiz for 8 years, and I don't treat myself as 'Beauty' or 'Idol'. I just hope to show my talent on music and the keep what I want to do. What I have is the concern of my friends from all areas. Besides, fans' support is also important to me. They are my precious memories. Going through these years, I learnt that I the sky has planned many things for us. We just walk the planned road with lots of unknown. I am not a person who deeply believe fatalism, but I do believe the sky plans things for human. I also believe human can re-write their fate and control their lives. Although the result is not what I expected, I enjoy the process and I gain full satisfaction.
I should thank the truthful concern of many people around me. They make me feel alone. I thank Jonathan Lee, as he made me to be confident on singing again, and gave me a chance to get my piece of sky. I also thank my father, who always encourage me, and allow me to work hard in what I'm interested. I thank them all.
For the future, I still have to keep
working harder and harder. I believe what I persist will bring out what I
want. I hope it is a good and unforgettable memory and without regret. * * * Chinese Original 在歌唱這條路上，多年來雖然是風雨加乘，卻同時讓我體會良多，其實人生有所堅持，定會有所收穫，只是每個人奮鬥的過程不一樣而已，不過最終尋覓的不也就是一份支持的掌聲，因此我學會如何在風雨飄搖不定中尋安定，當然這之間也有過許多掙扎，就好比當初我會在教鋼琴及歌唱中做一選擇般，因而我一直認為，做自己想做的事就是一份幸福，所以我更珍惜現今，並且努力建築屬於自己的夢想，只因不見得每個人都能有此機運，也能掌握命運中無法操縱的變數。
其實我和音樂可說是素有淵源，記得小時候第一次聽到小提琴優美的旋律後，就在那一刻，我想音樂已佔據我的心田，由於我和哥哥姐姐年齡差距很多，因此大家都非常疼愛我，從小我就學鋼琴、小提琴，在學校除了是合唱團一員之外，在國中時更身兼樂隊指揮，同時還學習聲樂，就這樣一路從國中到教育部甄選考上華崗藝校，再保送文化大學，我和音樂結下永恒情緣，我喜歡唱歌，因此只要是有關音樂的比賽，我都是名列前茅，我覺得這就是所謂得的音樂樂趣，不只感動他人，也讓自己樂在其中。
一直悠游於音樂中怡然自得，所以會踏進歌唱圈也是前所未想過的，而這段過程至今回想起來我都覺得，人生竟是如此奇妙，很多事情是自己預設不到，很奇怪吧！大二時，我最要好的同學去Club 應徵駐唱，由於她剛好和男朋友吵架無法前去面試，於是我就代替她前往，沒想到竟被錄取了，也就是在這段駐唱期間，李泰祥聽到我的歌聲，介紹我唱廣告歌，之後更在陳揚究推薦下，我唱過許多廣告歌，至今多得都快數不清，至於出唱片？則是透過我的學弟，由於他是福茂唱片的製作人，話說有天他問我有沒有興趣唱歌，就只是這樣我和福茂唱片簽約，5年裏出了3張唱片，成績並沒有預期的理想，尤其是在合約最後一年裏，我的心情簡直是跌到谷底，他們告訴我說，妳不用做宣傳了，反正就是這樣，當時我覺得自己究竟是哪裏不好，為什麼是這樣的結果，懊惱、失望、沮喪、灰心、這些情緒不斷圍繞著我，再加上情感的挫折，使得我仿佛不見天日，那時的我，每天就是待在家裏，然後教教鋼琴，這段灰暗的日子想來倍覺艱辛，雖是痛苦，但是我仍然接受到許多溫馨的關懷。家人、朋友、同學大家毫不吝嗇的幫助我，這份情誼讓我在孤獨無依時就好像和煦的陽光溫暖我，讓我的心不再是陰雨綿綿，謝謝我周遭的朋友及親愛的家人，有了他們的愛，我畢竟是幸福的人。
曾經我想過要放棄唱歌，尤其在那一段晦暗的日子，然而這些在進入滾石唱片，嘗到成功的滋味，所有的不愉快也逐漸煙消雲散，在這裡我找到事業的另一片樂土，雖說剛到滾石唱片時，我可是懷著恐懼的心情，只因這裡眾星雲集，因此壓力非常大，不過現在的我在首張專輯「領悟」獲得大支持後，反而是份對自己的要求，希望一次比一次更好，只因我是如此鍾情音樂，也希望所有和我一樣喜歡音樂的人，也能一起感受歌唱所帶來的樂趣。
成功、失敗全賴個人如何去定義，本來得與失之間即很難論斷，重要的是自己有否真正付出過，其實大家也都非常清楚，世界上的事，並不是因為相對付出就會有對等的回應，反而需要以平常心看待，很多事往往是在沒有期待之下，反倒會有個完美的答案，只要盡其在我那就無愧於心，當然又有誰不希望支持的回聲呢？只是如此這般難以控制的問號，又何必太強求呢？
踏入歌唱圈8年來，我從未以「美女」、「偶像」自居，希望在音樂上展現自己的實力與執著，因而我最大的收穫，除了各方好友的關懷外，歌迷朋友對我的支持更是一大動力，有了這些已是我最珍貴的記憶。這些年我學會凡事不忮不求，一切隨緣，許多事其實是上天已安排，而我們只是在許多的未知裏去走那早就注定好的路，我並非宿命論者，但我相信上天安排，我也深信自己有能力去改寫命運，畢竟自己的人生就只有自己可以去掌握，我一直認為只要執著認真去做自己想做的事，即使結果並非盡如人意，但是在追求的過程中卻已足足讓人滿足許多，我想這是我定義的成功與失敗。
我感謝身邊許多人真誠的關心，讓我的努力不覺孤單，更要感謝生命中影響我最深的兩個人，李宗盛和我的父親，由於李宗盛，我重獲對歌唱的信心，並尋獲自己的一片天空。由於父親的鼓勵，允許我在自己的興趣裏努力不懈，堅持自己的目標，我非常的感謝，因為他們，使得我的生命更加活絡。
對未來，我仍是努力再努力，我相信始終的執著，定會有所斬獲，希望自己留住美好的記憶，留待日後會是值得一提再提的回憶，回顧前塵，想說的是從不後悔走上這條路，反而是十分珍惜，因為它令人難忘，令人不捨，令人永遠繫念。 |
