The Lord Tobias was born in Pennenmaure (Formerly known as Vermeton), in North Wales and was raised as a Welsh Druid. He was introduced to the ways of the ancients at the age of seven, he was initiated at the age of thirteen in accordance with traditional Druid Law, which involved a further twenty years of study, after which he was elevated to the rank of Deputy High Priest in a Welsh Druid order. The Lady Elizabeth, Lord Tobias's mother established the first Druid coven in Australia, After completing his studies in Wales, Lord Tobias returned to Australia to join his mother's coven as a Deputy High Priest. He has continued as a teacher and master of the Craft after many years of devotion and service to the balanced energies of the Lord and Lady.
