No weapons in Elysium except those who are specifically allowed them. This includes narural or otherwise bonded wapons bieng summoned. This includes most, if not all variations of Dominate and Majesty. An attack on the mind can be just as devistating, if not more so, than an attack on the body.
No use of Offensive disciplines in Elysiym unless you are being attacked, have permission to help subdue, or are those in the administration who are tasked with keeping the peace.
No attacking in Elysuum unless you are attacked (in which case you may defend yourself), you are part of the administration whose duty it is to keep the peace (namely the Prince and the martial administration), or those who are deputized by those with the authority to do so. If there is no one there, then the responsibility to quell and deputize falls on the shoulders of the Canite with the most Status.
No use of obfuscate or other disciplines or abilities which conceal one's pressence while within Elysium. Use of "The Familiar Stranger" by Nosferatu is allowed, as they must 'keep appearances' while within polite society.
Matters concerning the Fey are still under investigation and is to be considered a part of the security and safety of the domain. Currently anyone who wishes to investigate these matters may do so as long as they have the blessing of the prince beforehand. Under no circumstances are any Cainites of the domain to attempt to make any sort of deal or bargain with the fey, as the only one who has authority to do so is the prince. Any news concerning activities of the fey or the where-abouts of any items or artifacts related to the fey should be brought to the prince's attention immedietly.
Vienna does not recognize clan Tremere's claim that it is now part of the high clans. Clan Tremere will no longer have a vote on the Primogen council. Clan Tremere is still welcome to send a representative to be their voice, to speak for them, and to observe but nothing more. This decision is final until his High Lordship decides definitively how clan Tremere will be seen.
