Terms and Conditions
All of the terms and conditions can be found on the back of the tenancy agreement which is issued at the start of your tenancy, but I will outline the basics here:
For referencing...
- I need two previous proofs of address.
- Three previous pay slips from your job (if possible).
- A bank account for a standing order if possible.
- A photocopy of your passport if you're not a British citizen.
Generally though...
- The property must be maintained to a reasonable standard.
- Flat-share tenants will be expected to do their share of cleaning.
- I will require one month's notice if you wish to terminate your tenancy agreement.
- I will provide one month's notice if terminating your tenancy agreement.
- Carpets are cleaned prior to you moving in and so will require cleaning on your leaving (unless your stay is very short and carpets are unmarked).
- Tenants are not required to get involved in any bills (i.e. Council Tax, Water, Gas, Electric, TV Licence, Broadband).
- Some long-term storage is available in the shared houses via loft-space (for suitcases, boxes, etc.)
- Long-term tenants preferred, but short-term also possible.
- Female applicants only. Had one too many bad experiences with messy, inconsiderate, noisy guys.
