Evaluation/Control
The overall movement of the Walt Disney Company towards the future looks good on paper. The company has a few struggles to work out in upper management – Michael Eisner needs to gains shareholder trust with the newest projects at hand. There is definitely time and money available through different channels to pull through the economy that we have seen in the recent past. The Walt Disney Company stands on values and a strong mission statement, that serves to keep focus on the individual facets of the organization while maintaining profit. Through proper strategy audits and making adjustments and controlled changed to the company we will see the company come out on top of the media industry. The future looks good for this company. Disney relies on its past to move into the future. As it’s original leader stated…
