The Walt Disney Company stands tall today as a company based on American values and ingenuity. What was once a small studio is now a monster in many sectors of the entertainment industry. The company uses various tactics to maintain customers and target multi-media on different platforms. With a little pixie dust and some brain-power we shall see what it takes to make or break in the media industry!
A detailed understanding of The Walt Disney Company history is important to the comprehension and complete analysis of the company. From its beginnings the company has held a strong core set of values and followed the visions of its founder. Many of the day-to-day workings in all areas of the organization follow the same lead that has helped the company�s growth through the century. Many of the executives and cast members will talk about the �Disney Way� and how things should be done. There is a real sense of camaraderie and family togetherness in the organization. Peoples first names are used in almost all cases and I know from first hand knowledge through working internally on a business internship with the company that there is a deep sense that one can get only through divulging into the lifestyle that is The Walt Disney Company.
