The Walt Disney Company has Strategy placed for each if its four core divisions. Some of these overlap each other because of the use of the cross promotions that are used.(1) The Walt Disney Company strives to provide products and services as well as family entertainment. It attempts to satisfy the child in all of us through its parks and the some adults through its Subsidiaries. (1) Such an example would be the articles and understanding of the Hercules Case. Nearly a year before the opening of the movie the market was flooded with products, ice shows, and displays of the product. This tied in with the amusement park sales and floats.
