The Five Ball Cascade

In the five ball cascade all the throws are cascade throws, which are caught four beats after they are thrown. These throws are 5s. So the five ball cascade can be written:

Throwing hand: R L
Throw:         5 5

Or more simply: 5

To juggle the five ball cascade at the same speed as your three ball cascade, you need to make the throws four times as high.
