Catherine place
| There are some special curiosities like Saint-Catherine fresco on the first building on Catherine street ( Ekaterininskastreet in Ukrainian). This street opens on the Ekateriniskaplace where there was Catherine monument. Now there is monument to the sailors from Potemkin ironclad. This one is a revolutionary monument: during the revolution in 1905 this ironclad was the one who brought the revolution to Odessa. |  Taken off monument to Catherine
