Duc Monument and Potemkin Stairs

Right from that little place you can see the monument to Duke de Richelieu (one of Odessa founders), which is one of Odessa symbols. He is standing on the top of Potemkin stairs 192 steps long (formerly 200 steps as it was leading right into the sea), which leads down to the Odessa marine passenger terminal.
