Helicóptero experimental con 4 palas en el rotor principal y 4 palas en cada rotor de cola (?, tenia un rotor de cola y uno de frente), con control de pitch. El fuselaje era una simple estructura de tubos de acero que se iba mejorando y cambiando durante los test. La estructura original con cables de tensión fue reemplazada con una más sólida estructura en forma triangular sin cables. El 14 agosto de 1932 A.M.Cheremukhin alcanzó una altitud de 605 metros (que no fue un record debido a que la USSR no estaba afiliada a la Federación Internacional). Un aparato construido.

A simple experimental helicopter with 4-blade main rotor and four small 2-blade anti-torque rotors (with variable pitch), installed in pairs at the ends of fuselage. The fuselage was a simple frame made of steel tubes, and it's construction was optimized during tests. The original rectangular structure with tension wires was replaced by a more solid triangular without wires. On August 14,1932 A.M.Cheremukhin reached an altitude of 605m. One example was built.
