At Wit's End, you will have the opportunity to experience world-class fly-fishing, luxurious accommodations, and five star service, the way it is supposed to be. We offer all-inclusive fly-fishing packages along with family vacation plans individually catered to you, and seasonal fly-fishing schools. In our fifth year as an Orvis-endorsed operation, our team of experienced instructors and guides offer the beginner and novice complete fly-fishing and casting orientations, as well as presenting the experienced angler many of the West's top fly-fishing destinations. Bring your family they will have a great time utilizing our spa, riding horses, playing tennis, swimming or enjoying watersports, plus we have a great children's and teen program, all of this is included in your Full American Plan, while you are fishing.

Located in southwest Colorado, just outside of Durango, we have access to world-class, gold medal waters in the San Juan and Animas Rivers. Choose to float or wade these renowned watersheds for wild trophy rainbow, brown, cutbow, and cutthroat trout. Challenge your skills and go for the exclusive "Grand Slam" and catch all four species. We offer fly-fishing expeditions by horseback deep into the 675,000 acre Weminuche Wilderness, unlocking the pristine alpine Emerald Lake. Fight native and wild cutthroats, rainbow, and cutbow, in the most awe-inspiring setting in the Rockies. At the ranch, enjoy private secluded access on the Vallecito and Los Pinos Rivers, fish smaller creeks, or our beautiful Vallecito Lake which is loaded with browns, rainbows, northerns, walleyes, kokankee salmon and small mouth bass. You may also fish our private ponds. Our Orvis Streamside Lodge has all your outfitting needs. Equipment is provided upon request. Private lessons are also available.
