In 1985, Tracy Lea Landis began using the band name
"The Curbfeelers," starting with the promotion of a
benefit for the local battered women's shelter in
Menomonie, Wisconsin. The Curbfeelers played at
the new Memorial Student Union at UW-Stout
and raised $500 for the shelter.
The Curbfeelers released cassette recordings done in Wisconsin and at CBGB's in New York
Tracy Lea Landis used the band name "The Curbfeelers" all through the 1990's, recording with Craig Barr under that name in Wisconsin and also at CBGB's in New York.
Bobby O was the drummer for many Curbfeeler recordings and gigs
Bobby O was the drummer on many Curbfeeler recordings and gigs. He was the DJ for the Sunday Night Blues Show on 92.1 WMEQ radio out of Eau Claire for many years. He still plays with Tracy Lea regularly.
