| Deep, dark, drifting, ambient space music. This CD has a quiet atmosphere, and yet it is alive with moving vibrations. This CD is made up of basically two 30 minutes piecess divided into 5 tracks. The first piece "Dark and Drifting"is how the name describes it. It is slow, evolving dark ambience with floating sounds, shakers, and an otherworldly chanting voice. The second piece "That Desert Feel" begins with floating space, crickets, raindrops (rainpops), and desert thunder recorded in the Grand Canyon. Pure expansive space music, and then a rhytmic drum program developes with flute type sounds and voice, and finally into long sound building drones. This is deep atmospheric music, that will put you into another world! |
