Based on my Sprite and Binome Generation that I use for ReBoot characters.
Youll need two 10-sided dice (d10) and a 6-sided die (d6). The d10 are percentile dice (d%). The d% dice should be two different colors, like red and white, blue and red, black and white, etc. One die (usually the darker color) is the first number, and the lighter color is the second number. A roll of two zeros (00) is a roll of 100.
Example: Say that you have two d10, one red and one white. The red die is the first number, and the white is the second number. Roll them seperately or together. The red die shows an eight and the white die shows a five. The d% roll is 85.
The best d% I have found is two ten-sided dice, one with 00-90, the other, with 0-9. The 00-90 is clearly the ten's place numbers, while the 0-9 is the one's place numbers. With this arrangement, both dice can be the same color. (Mine are white.)
Name and gender: Most Martian Mice have names that are either motorcycle or weapon-inspired (Throttle, Modo, Stoker, Carbine, Rimfire, etc.). Others have Earth-names (Vinnie). Good sources for names would be motorcycle and weapons books/magazines and baby name books. Unless you already have a name in mind, the name can be left for last.

Speech pattern: How does your Mouse sound? Throttle has a low, calm even sexyvoice, Both Modo and Rimfire have a Southern Gentleman-sounding voice, Vinnie is young and wild, and his voice reflects this. Speech patterns help designate character personality.

Theres no way to get all this into a chart for the d6. So just choose from the list if you dont have the right dice.
Other: This is information you fill in with. No chart can really help you with this, but I'll give you a few suggestions to help you think of something:
I hope this helps in creating your Martian Mouse/Rat/Sandraider. You could even use it to create other aliens, such as Plutarkians. Just replace Fur with Scales, Skin, etc.
