This page is for tips for use on the Neopets site.
Chatboard Avatars: You get a certain number of avatars for use with the chatboards, but you can also get special avatars, depending on what you do on the site. Here's a list of some of the avatars and what you have to do to get them:
Pirate Avatars: Go to the Pirate Academy on Krawk Island. In the URL, where it reads: room= (a number), change the number to the following:

Fairie Grundo: This one is tricker. You have to know someone with a Faerie Grundo. Go to their pet page (or search for someone with a Faerie Grundo. Ask on the Chatboards).
For Angelpuss --Angel: Type Angelpuss in the Search Box, then go to the option marked "Item". For the other Angelpuss, equipt an Angelpuss to a pet.
For Gray Faerie: Do the same thing, with Gray Faerie in the Search Box.
Usuki-Usuls: Go to Usukiland Store. Usuki-Shopkeeper: Watch Usuki Advert.
Meowclops: Equip a Meowclops to your pet.
Math's Nightmare: Recieve Score in Top 200.
Zurroball --Eyeball: Recieve Score of 500 or more.
Sidney: Level 3 or higher in Deserted Fairgrounds Scratchcard.
Coltzan: Go to Coltzan's Shrine and if he raises your pet's Hit Points, you get his avatar.
Extreme Potato Counter: Score of 100 or more.
Wend of Dark Faerie: Equip to pet.
Snowbunny: Equip to pet (rumor).
Dogglefox --Mud: Equip to pet (rumor).
Dogglefox --Sleep: Equip Between 12:00pm and 1:00pm, NST (Neopian Standard Time).
Harris --Sleep: Equip to pet.
Pet Rock: Equipt to pet (rumor).
Brain Tree --Bad Day: Complete a Brain Tree quest.
Rainbow Faerie: Complete Rainbow Faeire Quest.
Ghost Lupe --Spooky: Defeat Ghost Lupe in Battledome.
Dung: Buy Battle Dung from Hidden Tower.
Kyrii --Capara: Beat Round 1 of Cheat.
Dr. Sloth: Deem worthy in Random Event.
Wheel of Excitement: Get 10,000nps on Wheel of Excitement.
Jhurda: Complete Quest #20 in Jhudra's Cloud.
Illusen: Complete Quest #20 in Illusen's Glade.
Fyora: Buy an item in the Hidden Tower.
Adam: Go to "About Us", see how much Neopoints Adam has out; take that much out and go back to "About Us" page.
Grundo --Snow: Recieve high score for Grundo Snow Throw.
Chocolate --way #1: Restock shop with chocolate with a rarity between 90 - 100.
Chocolate --way #2: Buy something from the Chocolate Factory with a rarity of 90 or above.
(I'm not sure which one. I think the second one, but you can try both, just to be sure.)
Defender Aisha: Visit the Defenders of Neopia Page. (No playing is nessacery.)
